  Received my goodies faster than a cheetah on roller skates! 🚀 Each item was snugly wrapped like a burrito in a warm blanket—no dings, no dents, just perfection.   Initial item arrived with a missing part. After contacting the seller the missing part was shipped and arrived the next day. Very good customer service. Product seems good quality and as described. Happy with the cost of the item and my son is overjoyed.

  Sadly Evri wouldn’t deliver my parcels and so I can’t review the hats but the company were brilliant. When I informed them that Evri had screwed up they gave me a full refund and cancelled the delivery their end. Really impressed with such decisive and quick action - made me a happy customer and would definitely buy from the company again (just will try not to use Evri!)

  After an initial mistake in that they sent a child’s version rather than the adults version they recovered brilliantly. I contacted them to explain and they couldn’t have been nicer. They ensured that they sent out the correct version and it was again delivered within 24hrs. They also said to keep the incorrect item. Great communication and customer service skills. Anyone can make a mistake but it’s how, as a company, you deal with it that matters and they were brilliant. Highly recommended.

  Item arrived exactly as described, brand new in original packaging. Appears to be good quality, ideal costume for a school performance. 5/5 performance from the seller- ordered Saturday morning and delivered on Sunday. I thought the £3.99 deliver was a bit expensive, but justified by the fast service!
