  Device had normal wear-and-tear (dusty, for example). No issues re: functionality. Equipment was shipped quickly, and the exterior packing was perfect. There was some minor damage due to movement inside the box during shipping, but issue was resolved immediately by vendor. Ideal Exchange was VERY quick about responding to messages, and I was VERY SATISFIED with their performance as a vendor. I would definitely buy from them again, and recommend to others as well.

  not dinging this seller for usps completely dropping the ball. seller was great at keeping me informed. ALSO outstanding packaging, nothing fancy, but sturdy and effective. was genuinely worried after any carrier has an item floating around their system for more than a few days the item would be a wreck when it arrived. was pristine thanks to this sellers care and effort ***** all the way. thank you very much for all the help, you really went the distance :)
