These were beautiful boots at a great price. The post office really screwed this shipment up, but seller couldn't have been nicer about it, even though their office was short staffed they gave me (a retired person with extra time) all the info i needed to complain online and light a fire under USPS' butt and find it and get it moving to me. So I have it now and I'm happy. They communicated with me nicely and now all is well. The mess up wasn't their fault and they're a great seller- recommend!
