The packaging was good - the box it came in was massive but it was all used to protect the monitor - plenty of bubble packaging all around to make sure no damage would come to the item. The description was accurate - few scuffs here and there are completely unnoticeable during operation. Compared to prices from other sellers - this item was a complete bargain. Perfect for a University student who wanted a second monitor!

Only downside was, due to it not having a stand, they couldn’t test the connection to the stand which was a bit damaged - I asked for a £5 refund due to this and they quickly obliged; would buy from them again 👍👍

On opening the box everything looked perfect. I have now been able to carry out a full bench test and all functions are working and meet the specifications. This applies to both outputs. I am more than satisfied, and on the basis of this sale I would not hesitate to recommend this seller to anyone. We have had some excellent communication as well.
