  Fantastic communication, the seller responded quickly and sent the item in a well protected package. They corrected an error in the postage very quickly and I am thrilled with my refurbished product. The laptop is as described and great value for money.   Extremely fast delivery and very well packed. Wrapped up in multiple layers of bubble wrap and tape to show it was a fragile package. Arrived as described with being new and great for value compared to elsewhere.

  Great experience. Postage was quick - being delivered within 2/3 days. The packaging was good - the box it came in was massive but it was all used to protect the monitor - plenty of bubble packaging all around to make sure no damage would come to the item. The description was accurate - few scuffs here and there are completely unnoticeable during operation. Compared to prices from other sellers - this item was a complete bargain. Perfect for a University student who wanted a second monitor!

  The item arrived very quickly and was packaged incredibly well - even if the box had been thrown around (which it absolutely wasn’t) the monitor would have arrived safely. Only downside was, due to it not having a stand, they couldn’t test the connection to the stand which was a bit damaged - I asked for a £5 refund due to this and they quickly obliged; would buy from them again 👍👍

  I ordered this amplifier at 1630 on Monday. It arrived at 0813 on Wednesday, very carefully packed. On opening the box everything looked perfect. I have now been able to carry out a full bench test and all functions are working and meet the specifications. This applies to both outputs. I am more than satisfied, and on the basis of this sale I would not hesitate to recommend this seller to anyone. We have had some excellent communication as well.
