  item was well packaged and as shown in pictures. listing mentioned free shipping but i had to pay for shipping, not sure if that was ebay or the seller. item fits my vehicle, theres some slight cracking in the rubber but itll be fine. also, it was missing most of the plastic trim clips but i just used the ones from my trim i took off to install the rack.
