    Unfortunately the product was damaged in shipping which as we all know is something that happens from time to time. But it was quickly resolved without any issues after contacting the seller and providing documentation of said damage. As a result I have no issue recommending this seller and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

    Item came as expected with no flaws or visible use. I have not yet tested it in my PC. It did not come in the factory box. It did come with a Ryzen sticker however, but the sticker included was a Ryzen 7 7000 series, which this CPU is a Ryzen 9 5000 series 🧐. I messaged them asking about it and they responded as soon as they got off of their holiday break. However I did not know they were still on their break so there was an initial confusion with communicating.

    I needed a new cpu and icc-international had a good price and quick shipping. It arrived as described quickly and is working great. Very happy with the quality of packaging for the shipment, one of the best packing jobs I've received from Ebay.
