They were very accommodating in separating the two parts listed so that I only had to purchase the one needed. The part was as good as new, especially since the item is no longer available from the manufacturer. The communication was great even on Super Bowl Sunday. The item was received earlier than anticipated and was packaged very well. I will definitely look to them again when the need arises.

The part was well packaged and surrounded by sufficient packaging material. The part was in great condition as described, was the correct fit and installed quick and easy. The cost of this part was way below other places online. Overall, a great purchase.

It’s a good as new replacement at half the price of brand new. It arrived two days earlier than the first day in the 4-day projected arrival. The packing was about the best I’ve seen. On top of that, the name of the seller is my favorite one so far, i.e. “Ice Cold Beer & Hobbies”! Well, they’re fellow Tennesseans so they’re bound to be awesome!

Price was very affordable compared to other sellers and cost of new. The post office delivered to incorrect address and seller was very responsive in working with the USPS to reroute. Seller also sent additional screws that I didn't have at no cost. Seller could have charged a fee for the screws but did not. I would buy from this seller again.

But the amount of time it took to get here for whatever reason was terrible. Wasn’t the sellers fault but it took 4 days extra and it kept getting looped in the mail system for some reason. Other than that I highly recommend this seller! I’ve bought 5 things from this seller worth almost $150 and haven’t had an issue! 😊 the appearance and packaging was done with care!
