  Ordered Sep 28 Est delivery Oct 2-8. Got tracking # Sep 30 & it never updated. Oct 3 4 & 5 I messaged no response. I left negative feedback. The listing says they will respond within 12 hours. It took 36. Oct 6 I was told it was not in stock, more stock to arrive Oct 14th. They offered a different item. I declined asked for a refund for refunded a day later. It’s misleading to say in stock when they are not. *This is a revised feedback to neutral* I was refunded but still do not recommended them

  I received the item right away. I was disappointed in the box, it was made from two boxes put together. This is to be a Xmas gift for my grandson. On the other hand I was lucky to even get a box- some company’s ship out of the box to save money if it’s free shipping. I would like to thank you for sending the mirror in a box to protect it. It came all in one piece, no cracks, perfect condition.. this is the fourth mirror I’ve ordered from this company and I highly recommend them.
