  This Supplier iAccessory is exceptional... They went beyond the line of shipping work flow processing, and re-routed my package at short notice. I didn't expect them to say "No Problem" but they did. And they surprised me again when I saw the package at my residence ahead of the projected time-frame submitted. iAccessory deserves a10/10 rating in every aspect of product, supply, and service.   I ordered this item and it didn’t show up. I tracked it on the USPS website for a week or so and it seemed to be stuck at one of their facilities. After contacting the seller, he investigated with USPS and it was determined they lost the package at some point. Seller was more than helpful and prompt and sent me a new product, free of charge to me! I even offered to pay the shipping and he declined my offer. Product works great and all is well!! :)

  Good Seller, brought fans for my brother's laptop to repair and they came in great condition. They gave the package to USPS in 1 day. It arrived at my mailbox undamaged in a small cardboard box, the fans were wrapped in 1 layer of bubble wrap, and the fans were encased in two plastic bags. They seemed friendly, but I did not communicate with them since I didn't have a problem. Overall, I would buy from this seller again if I needed another item and they seemed friendly with their messages.
