  Great seller! The item was actually faulty and not usable, but I had talked to the seller beforehand and was promised it would be taken care of if the cartridges weren't working. I figured they'd work perfectly just because I was being so diligent, but they didn't work at all. I messaged the seller and received a full refund. I would have rather had working ink cartridges, but overall, I'm very impressed with the way the seller handled the situation - like they care!
