    Purchased 5 proof sets, 3 shipped and received. 1 had no box, 1 had scratched case. Received partial refund for 2 not shipped. Described as beautiful sets unopened in listing, but seems they were not all of the quality described in listing. Did not receive communication prior to shipping that only 3 were going to be shipped to me. I noticed partial refund and had to inquire for information why only 3 were received. 3 sets received are ok. Thus the neutral rating.
