Sadly, the first version sent was apparently broken (upper beak broke off) in shipping, despite (1) the piece's clearly having been very carefully wrapped and packaged and (2) our having followed the sender's instructions to open the item VERY CAREFULLY (it emerged broken from the packing materials as something that was apparently damaged in transit). Seller immediately sent a replacement. Great communication. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
