  Seller is amazing! I ordered a shimano 11 speed deore group set and in the description stated it was not in retail packaging and for the price i was cool with it. When i received it the clutch are on the derailleur Was broke off. So i sent the seller a couple pictures and short description of issues and he asked if i was good with a replacement part to repair the derailleur . Next he sent a shipping tracking. Great seller!

  Fast shipping but poor packaging... seller shipped these wrapped in bubble-wrap stuffed inside a cardboard usps envelope which arrived badly beat up.. luckily no damage to item... would think a 250$ item deserves to be shipped in a protected box..

  looks fine have not used yet. shipping time from Portland to LA seemed very long. Not in a box but in bubble wrap maybe to save shipping cost. Seller only shows a long version not the short which I have. They look different. He did send the short after I communicated over it.

  Just as described and pictured. Came in original box with original instructions for installation. Very good communication about when it was shipped and when it would arrive. New as described. Worth the small amount more compared to "slightly used". Installed the day it arrived - no hassles with a brand new chain - no skipping cassette teeth as should be expected.

  Bought a Shimano Deore M5100 2x11 groupset qnd it was delivered on time. But wait the package was missing the left lever! I contacted the seller and inmediately it was sent to me. Great Service. Would strongly recomend based on this purchasing experience.
