    The delay in the product shipment was below average. But, to credit the seller, they made every effort to make up for the delay in communicating with me on the delay, and offering a replacement item to make up for the delay in shipping. Recommend Seller to others.

    The pictures of this item were very clear and focused so I could see all of the details on the item being offered for sale. By close examination of the photographs, I was able to determine that this was the item that I wanted to purchase from the seller. The price for the item was very reasonable and so I decided to use the Buy-It-Now feature and purchase the item right away. The item was shipped without delay with tracking numbers and arrived very fast. I would recomend this seller.

    The quality of these brooms was mediocre at best but they were jammed packed with spores. I touched it and they exploded all over my shirt, see picture. I immediately had a horrible allergy attack so I reached out to the seller to return. Nasty experience - ARGUED, told me they were “leaves” (no they’re not), the listing showed the spores (no it didn’t), it’s how brooms normally are (again, nope). Offered a discount, the a little more, NO! I want my money back. Never again with this seller. RUN!
