  I messaged the seller to learn more about what was inside this programme. It took several attempts before they responded to my question. As a Roger Bart merch collector, I had asked if there were any photos of him in the brochure. They responded that it featured "cast member photos". The item has just arrived and there are no photos of the cast. It's still a nice item to have and they did include tickets from the show in a cute little envelope - plus the item was very well packaged.

  Everything was all good, fast shipping as described, but it arrived broken. Not the shippers fault it looked packed right, I’ll blame that on the shipping company. Started the return as soon as found it broken and the seller got back to me right away and initiated a refund with hours. I still recommend this seller!!!

They went above and beyond to not only get my items out to me quickly, but the seller also answered all of my questions, knew the history of the items, and even reached out with other things they thought would be helpful. You don’t often get that kind of personalized attention and care shown by a seller, and if I could give higher ratings than maximum for this seller, I would.
