  I have received a torn to shreds 1/4 pound bag of of loose contaminated beans... I paid for 5 pounds. So i requested a new bag be sent in a box or card board tube.. (not a bag in a loose plastic envelope).. his reply was "geez , ok, ill send you a generous 8 oz tomorrow" ... i do not recommend this type of business behavior at all...

  In our messaging back and forth...as I was trying to understand how many beans were damaged...this customer wrote verbatim, "...there may be a cup all told of contaminated beans." My offer to send 8-12 ounces to replace this small amount was generous. Come to find out, his message was a typo, and he meant to say that "a cup of UNCONTAMINATED beans." As soon as I realized that his explanation was a typo, I immediately refunded and offered to resend a full 5 pounds for FREE. problem solved
