    The customer service from the seller was great! They promptly got my order ready/shipped and was received within a few days. The item was packaged very good and was received in the condition as it was in the description and photos. I would definitely recommend this seller to anyone and I hope to do business again!

    It was clear the package was tampered with sometime during transit, so I didn't accept delivery and notified the seller. The seller was very cooperative, and provided a refund once he received the returned package. Not a positive experience for either of us (particularly for the seller), but warrants positive feedback for him being a stand-up guy.

    Guitar was in great shape. Well packed & shipped in a factory case that I didn’t even know I was getting!! They even adjusted the shipping cost because of the closer proximity to their business location. Good communication, also. Very happy with the entire transaction. I would deal with them again.
