  Seller was fast and provided product as advertised. Unfortunately, 1 of the 8 batteries in manufacturer packaging was DOA. When I notified seller they proposed refund and was quick to refund for the DOA battery. Overall a good transaction with a reasonable outcome for the issue which I felt was no fault of the seller.
