  Bought these bath taps on 9th August, delivered 15th. Had a quick glance when they arrived, all looked fine. Seemed to be packaged well. Plumber arrived last week to fit them and found one of the nuts was damaged and couldn't be fit at all. Renders the tap unusable. Contacted seller 19 Sept - just told it was outside 30 days and they wouldn't do anything. Terrible attitude and not in line with European consumer rights. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

  Any damages in transit must be reported within 30 days. After this we can no longer accept responsibility for damaged items. A replacement part has been made available for purchase to resolve the issue.
