They were new in box and had all the original tags/stickers on them. Overall the value of them cannot be beaten for the quality of the sunglasses! The vendor kept me advised of the ongoing the situation. As Christmas got closer he sent the package (at his own additional expense) by one of the main US carriers instead. The strike situation was unusual and is unlikely to be repeated; this vendor generously took the high road and made sure that my order reached me in timely manner. The Serengeti sunglasses? Tip top first quality as before.
