The shipping was prompt, but I was surprised to see the package with no wrapping of any sort. It arrived in the original box with the shipping label on the front. As a result, the box was torn and a little beat up. Given it was advertised as new, the condition of the box, probably because of the way it was shipped, does not support that claim. I am relieved to say, despite this, the item was undamaged, The price was right.
