Everything was shipped in two very large boxes and packed extremely well with nothing damaged. The first box arrived in only 2 or 3 days here in HI and the other one wasn't far behind. I was very happy with the customer service, pricing and shipping from Hoth Toys and will definitely be doing business with them in the future.
