    I have been familiar with GermGuardian Air Purifying systems for some time, and I would recommend their units to anyone seeking great quality at a fair price. From the seller, I would have expected a better packaging effort to ensure safe and undamaged delivery. Delivery took 10 days from California to NY? Still a great product!

    Seller is outstanding. Received item with a small defect. To small to justify sending it back. Notified seller without asking for anything and immediately received an appropriate refund. You should feel confident ordering from them.

    Ultimately the item was returned and I received a full refund and free return shipping. So no monetary loss from this item. I did purchase filters for it that I am now using with another identical unit I purchased elsewhere. I appreciated the seller’s initial partial refund so that I could buy filters for the unit (it initially arrived without them). Then I was glad to get the remaining refund when the item was found damaged. The seller handled this well.
