    The condition of the box was bad, but packaging received was great. The description was exactly as described all the pieces, and the booklet were included. No issues. Would definitely purchase from seller again.

    I found out the hard way the reason this seller only had 1 picture of the oven and it was of the box side. When it arrived in the mail the box looked like someone kicked it in the side. I opened the box there was broken Styrofoam and the oven was crushed leaning to the right real bad. The French doors was jammed shut. The seller wouldn't respond to my messages about the junk I got mailed. I'll never buy from this seller again they're the worst seller I've ever bought from they refused to help.

    I have been familiar with GermGuardian Air Purifying systems for some time, and I would recommend their units to anyone seeking great quality at a fair price. From the seller, I would have expected a better packaging effort to ensure safe and undamaged delivery. Delivery took 10 days from California to NY? Still a great product!

    Buyers be advised: This was a used product. It was pictured as new in package and seller claims they reviewed it. There was hair and lint all in the filters! My only recourse was to ship it back to CA at my own expense so they know you won't do that. Took a couple attempts for communication too. If this is the service you'd like; buy from them.
