I did originally request a return, thinking I received the wrong model of the product, only to realize I was simply confused by the original manufacturer’s packaging. Even though I was the one who made the mistake, the seller was willing to accept my return request. Of course, once I realized I did n fact have the product I desired, I cancelled that return and am gladly keeping it.
