  Item arrived incomplete, missing cartridge, however seller made full refund, since that type of item is not what they typically sell and were not aware of missing parts. Excellent seller responded quickly and resolved issue immediately. Will do business again with this seller.

  Produce came dented beyond repair and unusable. Vendor was very responsive. I sent pictures, he sent return label and sent me a refund the same day as he received the item back. Vendor handled it in a professional manner and there was no issue with the return. I would certainly buy from them again
