  I’m a repeat customer, I’ve bought filters from here before. They’re competitively priced and work fine. However, this seller is an Amazon seller and delivery is via the Amazon delivery service which is absolutely useless. The parcels get left somewhere near your house but never near your door. I found one delivery abandoned in a flowerbed and this latest delivery was just left on the roof of my car by the delivery driver. I won’t shop here again because delivery is pitifully poor.

  All good. Items as described. Fast delivery. Should be 2 packs of 40 came 4 of 20. But I will be not Don Kichote in this subject. Definitely will comeback to this seller. Quick payment process easy to find on the listings. Product in manufacturer packaging. All perfect without hesitation. Very good quality, in good condition. Good value to money. Good appearance. eBay insist to put 500 letters in this place to put feedback for whole process of buying such a simple item. That is very strange. Ha

  Super fast delivery, arrived in 2 days. The outer package was flattened and soft balls were outside the package and inside the envelope, but I don’t mind because the item arrived in perfect condition and fitted inside my mailbox. Great seller, recommended. The softballs are ideal to keep limescale away from the deposit of DeLonghi coffee machine. I am using softballs all the time and replace it every 3 months. Effective, although a bit pricey and a bit of limescale still builds up in deposit.

  They initially send me 4 decsaling tablets instead of 10 cleaning tablets, so I contacted them via Ebay and I got the correct order within a couple of days. We all make the odd mistake, but they dealt with it very professionally. Amazing customer service - highly recommended.
