USPS rejected the claim saying the packaging was obviously not tampered with. It left here intact. I cannot account for what happened to your bolts after you received them, but I clearly have the proof that we mailed the correct bolts. We know the difference between a 1# package of bolts and a 2 oz package of air! Perhaps you forgot that you already took them out of the bag. If I filed the USPS claim, they'd pay me. so if you file it, you'd get the $.
