    Extremely non original packaging, looks taken out of the bin from previous items (JVC tv & Hoover refrigeration). Item received damaged, cracked at righthand bottom corner. Item does not seem new as advertised. Don't think this seller is a professional dealer. Request return and full refund. Due to damage unable to insure item on household insurance policy, and no warranty for this item.

    The seller changed the television. The one he delivered to me was rated E as the EPC rating, as against the one the seller advertised online with an EPC rating of A. I was so disappointed when I saw it and wanted to return it without much ado.
