Not great given that's where they'd be kept. Item was loose in a plastic bag and delivered within stated window.

The condition is new but value is to be expected and the appearance is exactly what is described so there is no problem at all. Delivery however could be a little better as my door opens. Outwards and the parcel company left it in front of the door so I couldn't open my door to retrieve the package as I was in at the time. At least it arrived so I can be thankful for that

Emailed seller and next day received response with apology for loss of item and a offer of refund or replacement. The replacement arrived very quickly and as ordered. A seller is only as good as their after sales service. They in my opinion were A++ I would recommend and use buy from again.
