  I researched trimmers and found one that I wanted with this seller. I ordered it and it arrived within the time frame promised brand new as described. He sold it to me at a good price so I was please to receive it and use it only to discover that it is as good as all of the reviews and research I did before buying it.   I asked for the measurements before making the purchase. He gave me measurements and when the item showed up they were different from what he said. I asked for a refund and he sent zoomed in pictures of his measurements not showing where he started measuring from, even though I sent zoomed out pictures showing that his measurements were wrong. Still no refund. I’m very unhappy with this purchase and seller. (The first 2 pics are what he provided as proof and the second 2 pics are my measurements

  Buyer received accurate measurements in advance. He later attempted to return the item by misrepresenting both the condition and scale, even folding the shirt to make it appear smaller. I provided zoomed-in photos with original timestamps to prove nothing had been altered & that the measurements were legitimate. B4 I could respond to the request, he threatened to leave negative feedback if I didn’t accept the return — a clear case of feedback extortion. Despite this, I still acted in good faith.
