  I knew what I was getting in terms of the product but I was shocked by the seller!! IN A REALLY GREAT WAY!! I’ve never seen a seller that responded to questions so quickly and helped me get what I really needed and even offered options that I didn’t realize were available. Excellent packaging and arrived at my house in 2 days! There are many places to buy items for coin collections and hobby supplies but very few sellers make the effort to help you find what you need like this one.

  Item received timely, but damaged, package torn open and retapped, most likely by USPS. Seller offered to reship another replacement, but we reached an agreeable solution instead. I highly recommend this Seller, of which I am a repeat Customer. Great value and outstanding customer service!

  I’ll rate the overall experience as positive but not 5 star. The two items were as described, new, and arrived adequately packaged together though ordered separately at the same time. I find the shipping cost of $22, $11 per item, to be a bit excessive. As prompted in the cart when placing the order I had asked if the shipping could be combined and shipping cost reduced. It wasn’t. Since I couldn’t find this particular size Dansco binder and slipcase elsewhere I guess I’ll be satisfied.

  Shipping was good. Packaging was stout and protective. The item arrived today. The shipping envelope had damage, but the envelope was very protective of the supplement. It arrived in great condition. Exactly as described. It arrived at a time when I have several 1985-86 stamps that need mounting or hinging. It is a good value purchase as I needed it to expand my 1970 Liberty album. Thanks!
