  Hobbyspeed is a very accommodating seller! Woodland Scenics' quality speaks for itself, so I needn't go there. Something was loose inside the cabin and they said to go ahead and open the packaging to investigate, that they would do their best to assist. It was nothing that would require an exchange. They had the best price on eBay, and I received the cabin quickly. I highly recommend this seller, and I would buy from them again.

  Perfect addition to my Halloween layout. Manufacturer’s packaging missing one of the four pins used to connect the containers to each other. As of now, works fine with three pins. Should note that vendor shipped the worn item. Quickly responded and resolved the problem. Shipped the correct item and provided a return label for the wrong one. Great customer service.

  Some ebay sellers are top-notch, and this is one of them. The wheels were exactly as pictured, very clean and ready to use right out of the envelope - genuine lionel quality. The packaging was awesome and shipping was reasonable, and what makes all this so impressive is it was for a $6.00 item. I really appreciated the care and importance the seller attached to this, even for such a small sale. I was able to get my car back on the track - thanks! 5 stars all the way!
