My item arrived damaged by no fault of the seller. My item was packaged and protected very well, box looked as if shipping just loaded other boxes on top of my box. I reached out to seller with pictures and they have shipped my replacement, no problems. They responded to my email fast and answered all my questions and concerns. You just don't get service like this anymore. Thank you again for the awesome service!

Seller says I can keep the reships when they arrive. Awesome service, very communicative seller. Highly recommend!

I immediately contacted the sender and explained what happened, I did tell him I know this is not his fault however this is for a gift. He responded immediately and apologized and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I wanted a replacement and he shipped it out the next day. I just received it early in the week in excellent condition. I will recommend the seller to anyone.
