  As described in listing, brand new manufacturer sealed. Adequately packed in a cardboard sleeve, although HMV should incorporate bubble wrap within their packaging for added protection, especially for the bigger more expensive box sets. Item did arrive before scheduled time and was in excellent undamaged condition. Customer service is always responsive with specific questions about products. Very good all-around buying experience.

  Whenever I purchase anything from the hmv Official Store it's always an excellent service! And it was no different this time. My DVD's arrived bang on time, were securely packaged and are in excellent (new) condition - still in their shrink wrap. The seller communications were brilliant - I was kept updated on the progtess of my delivery right up to my door. And all at a great value price. I couldn't be happier.   As you would expect from a well known company such as HMV, the service was excellent, with the item dispatched very quickly and with good communication throughout. The item was exactly as described, being brand new and shrink wrapped, and was very good value, being cheaper than I’d seen it advertised elsewhere. It’s a very nicely presented set too, and recommended. Would happily buy from them again.
