  This item was just as described. This came in the original box/packaging. The product was clean & intact. I love that the machine is lightweight & portable. This manual machine is in excellent condition and a good size . So glad to receive this & can’t wait to make cards with embossing folders. This was a great product for the value. Shipping took a little longer, but that was not the seller fault. Overall, this was a great experience. I’m still new to Ebay. I would recommend this seller.

  Very well packed, shipped promptly, a good value. There was an issue with the battery leaking electrolyte which the seller responded to quickly. A return was the resolution. I highly recommend this seller.

  I ordered the bottle washer and it arrived exactly as described! The packaging had some obvious wear and tear, but the machine had all the original pieces and instruction manual. The seller disclosed they had tested the machine prior to listing, but it looked and smelled like it had never been used otherwise!
