  Item as described, packing ok, but from the order date 15 April to dispatch raised two queries: delay from original posting date to 29 April, which did not arrive, and after a further enquiry when it didn’t arrive for the VE Day parade,, it finally arrived 7 May not by post but by courier.. communications however were answered and any mistake was put right.

  I received the pin badges I ordered over a week ago and when they arrived and I opened the packaging and was very disappointed with the quality of the ordered pin badges. Not very good reproduction and so will not be ordering from this seller again and also didn't reply to messages sent regarding the late delivery of these.

  The quality, condition, value and appearance are all good. The Flag was delivered this morning, I’d been checking the tracking an the item arrived at the YODEL delivery centre at 04:10 on Thursday I really needed this item for yesterday to hang in my front window. The YODEL app was telling me it would be delivered yesterday a they were contacted twice a given hell by myself. All I can recommend is that the seller stop using YODEL as they are useless a can’t do there job correctly.
