    The original item was lost in the post. Seller was good enough to provide a replacement at no cost. Good communication from seller. Item was sent in a simple bag with no protection. Final item was a typical thin cable unlike that described.

    Both items arrived fine but in damaged packaging (NOT SELLERS FAULT) Royal mails machine ripped open the plastic bag,and damaged address label, thus delay in receiving it, but they still got it to me, GREAT quality, condition, and value for money, happy to leave you 5 stars all round, but might be good to try some stiff card if possible in other customers orders, in case they get chewed up too, Recommended items, loved these. thanks.

    Item arrived, as described and worked well. Royal Mail delivery late due to wrong sort of snow and then tracking was not updated but supplier posted promptly, packaged well so no complaints for an excellent eBay seller.
