  Shipper has not responded to my request for a solution to their epic failure to package the product safely, as seen in the picture. I ordered 3 pieces and due to the bag they shipped it in, that was torn to shreds, I only received one of the three pieces I ordered. It’s been three days since their response to my complaint, that they didn’t read fully or they would have known that I only received one piece out of three. These are aluminum pipes they should have been shipped in a box.

  They sent me the wrong color steering wheel, I ordered a dark colored one, they sent a very light colored one that was obviously wrong. They told me it changes color based on the lighting which I understand but it's the difference between a deep walnut or mahogany versus beechwood. I have screenshots of what I ordered and pictures of what I received. I messaged them and sent them pictures, they didn't want to fix it. Please do yourself a favor and buy from a different seller.
