    The item arrived in a timely fashion, but was defective and would not work. Contacted the seller and they were not able to send a replacement device, but they did offer a refund without me having to ask them. So, I'm disappointed at not getting a working item, but also happy with the sellers timely response and willingness to make things right. I will be more than happy to do business with them in the future.
