  HiteX store has been really great to work with , they are super helpful and very polite, item arrived four days after I had placed the order extremely quick shipping, the item did arrive with a little bit of damage due to miss handling from UPS most of it’s noticeable to the naked eye and only purely cosmetic. The monitor screen works perfectly as advertised.  the monitor was shipped in the original OEM box with all the original Styrofoam. And was neatly packed. Hands-down, a great value

  Product listed as used but it came new in original packaging with no signs of wear. 10/10 condition. Saved $250 off retail price of the monitor. Seller stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and would arrive in 4 days but the item took 4 days just to ship out and 9 days to arrive. Could have been a little faster hence the $66 shipping cost but besides that I had no issues and would definitely recommend the seller. 👍

  Fantastic Experience! Item was in perfect working order and exactly as described in the listing. The seller was also super understanding and fast with responses. I ended up accidentally selecting the wrong shipping address twice in a purchase (yes twice somewhow) and the seller was super understanding both times and let me cancel it to eventually put the correct one it. Overall, great seller, great product at a great price. Would buy from them again 👍

  This is my second purchase of the same item; such was my confidence in this seller for an excellent transaction experience. Again, I am most impressed with the HiteX Store for its postal logistics management from the USA to the UK; The tracking system was again accurate, and the item arrived in good time. It was very well packaged, and exactly as described in appearance; as in very good condition and function. I am highly satisfied with this company as reliable and look forward to making future.

  Shipping was fast and the item was packaged well. The seller was quick to respond to messages. The micro SD card was missing, but other than that, the item was exactly as described. The seller responded with an offer to do a partial refund and apologized for the inconvenience. Seller seemed like they wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Great experience, would definitely buy from again in the future!
