    Surface Pro 7 arrived nicely packed and started up fine. The charger was malfunctioning with a split in the cord. I contacted the seller and he got back to me quickly. He gave me a partial refund to purchase a new charger with expedited shipping. The tablet was in good condition with only a few scratches. I got a good deal on this item compared to Back Market or Amazon.
