  took ages to come, when it did arrive the product was boxed, sealed in a bag with all items as per description so thank you for that and the delivery time was not critical for this job, but i did start to wonder if it had got lost

  The wrong size was initially sent, but they corrected the issue immediately and by next day delivery. I was able to phone and speak to a real human and explain the problem, and they couldn't do enough to help. Excellent service. Thanks guys. Communication was brilliant.
