  Seller pre-order communication excellent. The order shipped and delivered faster than first listed. However, though wrapped well, the item has two broken parts. I don’t think it has anything to do with shipping, just poor quality. First the bag’s zipper is broken. Then one of the poles gets stuck and does not extend all the way. See photos.

  Buyers beware. They claim to have sent me the wrong item. I have asked for the correct item to be sent to me and they claim it is now out of stock. They sent me money counter not an electric hoist like I purchased. They are holding my payment and have not issued a refund. I would not recommend buying anything from this seller.
