  The saxophone arrived well packaged but unfortunately did have a faulty part that wasn't noted in the listing (sold as "mint" condition) and so may have happened during shipping. In any case, I had the fault/damage professionally repaired and the seller refunded the cost of the repair through eBay. When there is an unexpected problem like that you really get to know who you are dealing with and, in this case, Hikari Japan were responsive and we reached a reasonable solution. Thank you Hikari.

  Very fast shipping: bought an item and it was shipped from Japan to the US in about a week. It was well packaged- I could tell the seller took their time with it. The item itself was bought used.
