  When the vendor accidentally sent the wrong product, he quickly refunded my money and did not demand we go through the hassle or returning what he had sent (which judging by the price on Amazon was actually more valuable than what we ordered.) To me that was a very professional response, which I appreciate. Especially since I am kind of busy at the moment taking care of my mom's bed sores. I would have returned it, but I am glad to not have to bother.
