The item I purchased was accurately presented, and packed well enough to withstand a nuclear blast (or even worse, one of today’s shipping companies!). Packed incredibly well, and shipped timely. Unfortunately, it didn’t work well with our system, and the seller was helpful and responsive in setting up a return, and getting us refunded. Can’t speak highly enough of their customer service. Definitely plan to purchase from them again.

This seller goes to the exteme with the meticulous packing of the goods. The item carefully wrapped, then a foam is form fitted, after which double boxed. The item was shipped incredibly quickly. I received it in pristine condition weeks before the projected delivery date. The price was very reasonable for both the purchase and the shipping. I was delighted. Henceforth, will only look to this seller for my high end gear.
