Packaging was professional, and shipping was with FedEX so prompt arival. I didn't even have to communicate with the sellar! I paid the auction fee and within 2 days the unit was on its way to me in Canada. AMAZING seller. Worth paying a little more to know that what you are getting is operational and working as expected. The PH9XT is amazing in my analog rig!

Unit was as described was closer to new condition even through it was used,all accessories included and the unit price as an incredible value. Cambridge Audio streamer setup and all functions working properly and sounding amazing. Highly recommend this seller!

The best shipping experience I have had with a McIntosh amplifier (I’ve had many shipped)! The unit was packed in the proper McIntosh double boxes, then added hard side and corner slats and wrapped in plastic. It was strapped to a small pallet with metal straps. It was delivered to my door. It looks and sounds great! Price was great. With the care taken by the seller, I will definitely buy more equipment from them in the future. Thanks guys!

So when I look to rebuild a new high-end system, I ordered a pair of EggelstonWorks Andra loudspeakers from high and audio auctions . They arrived exactly on time and were meticulously packed. They sound absolutely phenomenal! These guys do things right!
