    The seller historical ratings are absolutely representative of the service level. Buyer would seek out good knowledge fair price good communication. The seller initially shipped the item around January 9 apparently US post office lost track of it somewhere along the way (maybe during the cold weather crisis) so the supplier reshipped. That’s going above and beyond much appreciated, I received the components last week along with the email to get my downloadable digital support files/documents.

    The service this seller brings to customers is second to none. The shipment had been delayed at the post office. This was noticed by the seller and an email was immediately dispatched to me. After delivery, I had difficulty opening the instructions. Again, the seller took extra time to work through the issue with me verifying I was able to open the files. I really wish more sellers on eBay were this attentive to their customers. I will be buying from here again. Thank you.
